MÜPRO is a provider of fastening equipment and related services for technical building equipment (HVAC) with a direct, B2B sales approach to the European installer base.

The company has an international footprint and generates more than 60% of revenue outside of its traditional home market Germany.

After the acquisition, the focus was initially on efficiency improvements in the product portfolio and the overhead structure, and state of the art logistics to allow for scalable growth. In 2020, optimization projects in production and purchasing were implemented, and a digital growth strategy was initiated. Despite Covid, EBITDA improved by +40% since Perusa’s acquisition.
